Refund Policy &
All Sales Final.

OutletDomains.com ("OutletDomains," "we," "us," or "our") is a service company. Every purchase you make engages real people performing real work on your behalf — designers, developers, copywriters, project managers, ad strategists, and support staff — and consumes real third-party platform costs (hosting, domains, analytics, ad spend, email). Because of this, all sales are final. This policy explains, in detail, what that means, what we will and will not do, and how to reach us if you have a concern.

All purchases and subscription charges are final and non-refundable. By placing an order, signing up, or completing any checkout on our website, you acknowledge that labor and platform resources begin immediately and you waive any right to refund, chargeback, or reversal of payment. You may cancel a subscription to stop future billing at any time, but no past or current-period payment will be returned.

01Why All Sales Are Final

Every plan we offer triggers immediate work and resource commitment. The moment a payment is captured, the following begins:

  • A project file is opened and assigned to a build queue.
  • A designer or developer reviews your intake submission.
  • Domain, hosting, payment-processor, and analytics accounts are provisioned or queued.
  • Project management hours are scheduled.
  • Stripe processing fees and platform fees are incurred and cannot be recovered by OutletDomains regardless of refund.

Because all of this is non-recoverable labor and cost, we structure our pricing assuming every purchase is final. This is how we are able to offer fast turnarounds, unlimited edits, and pricing dramatically below traditional agencies. If we offered open-ended refunds, our prices would be five to ten times higher. You receive a discounted, no-contract, hands-off service in exchange for accepting a strict no-refund policy.

02Scope of This Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all products, services, plans, subscriptions, add-ons, packages, bonuses, upgrades, and digital deliverables offered by OutletDomains.com, including but not limited to:

  • Site In 72 (formerly Site Express) — monthly subscription
  • Site In 72 + Social Boost — monthly subscription
  • Creator Site — monthly subscription
  • Partnership Program (basic and premium tiers)
  • Add-on services, custom development work, and consulting
  • Any promotional packages, including those tied to Verified Creator Weekend (VCW) or any other event

This Refund Policy supplements our Terms of Service and is incorporated by reference into them. In the event of any conflict between this policy and the Terms of Service, the language most favorable to OutletDomains will control.

03Subscriptions & Recurring Billing

Most OutletDomains plans are sold as recurring monthly subscriptions. By subscribing, you authorize us (through our payment processor, Stripe) to automatically charge your payment method each month at the published rate until you cancel.

What you agree to when you subscribe

  • Auto-renewal. Your subscription will renew automatically each billing cycle. You will not be sent a renewal reminder.
  • Final, non-refundable charges. Every charge — including the first charge, every renewal, and any prorated charge — is final, non-refundable, and non-creditable.
  • No partial refunds. If you cancel mid-cycle, your subscription will remain active through the end of the paid period; we will not prorate, credit, or refund any portion of the current period.
  • Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, your service may be paused, suspended, or terminated. Reactivation may require a new setup fee at our discretion.
  • Price changes. We may change the price of any subscription with thirty (30) days' notice. Continued use after the change date constitutes acceptance.

04One-Time Purchases & Setup Fees

Any one-time purchases — including setup fees, custom build fees, premium add-ons, rush fees, or à-la-carte services — are final at the moment of payment and are not refundable under any circumstance. Work on these items begins on the same business day.

05Cancellation

You may cancel any subscription at any time. Cancellation is not the same as a refund. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription will not renew on the next billing date.
  • Your service will remain active for the remainder of the current billing period you have already paid for.
  • No refund, credit, or proration of any kind will be issued.
  • You will lose access to your dashboard, hosted website, edit-request queue, and any other paid features at the end of the paid period.

How to cancel

Email support@outletdomains.com from the email on file with the words "Cancel my subscription" and your project name in the subject line. We will confirm cancellation in writing within two (2) business days. We may also offer self-service cancellation through your dashboard; if available, you may use that instead.

06Limited Exceptions

We will, at our sole discretion, consider a refund only in the following narrow circumstances, and only when requested in writing within seven (7) days of the original charge:

  • Duplicate charge: if you were charged more than once for the same subscription on the same day due to a billing system error on our end.
  • Charge after confirmed cancellation: if a charge was processed after we confirmed your cancellation in writing.
  • Where required by applicable law: e.g., consumer protection rights that cannot be waived by contract in your jurisdiction.

Approval of any refund under this section is at the sole and absolute discretion of OutletDomains. A refund granted in one instance does not establish a pattern, precedent, or obligation to grant a similar refund in the future.

07Promotional & Discounted Plans

Promotional pricing — including the VCW $12/month Creator Site rate, any coupon code, partnership discount, or limited-time offer — is non-refundable, non-transferable, and may be limited to one redemption per person. We reserve the right to verify event attendance, eligibility, or compliance with any promotion terms and to revoke promotional pricing for fraudulent or ineligible use, without refund of past charges.

08Disputes & Chargebacks

We take chargebacks seriously. If you have a billing concern, contact us first at support@outletdomains.com. We are typically able to resolve issues within one business day.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is a violation of these terms. If a chargeback is filed:

  • Your account and all related services will be immediately suspended.
  • We will respond to the dispute with documentation of services rendered, intake submissions, login records, support correspondence, and this policy.
  • If the chargeback is won by OutletDomains, you will additionally owe a $50 administrative recovery fee, plus all costs incurred to respond to the dispute, recoverable through any lawful means.
  • You will be placed on an internal Do-Not-Service list. Future signups under any name, email, or payment method may be denied.

09If We Fail to Deliver

If OutletDomains fails to deliver a service in the manner explicitly promised in writing — for example, if your Site In 72 build is not launched within the 72-hour guarantee window — we will issue a credit, free service month, or other remedy as specifically stated in the relevant guarantee. Such remedies are the exclusive recourse for non-delivery and are issued in lieu of, not in addition to, a cash refund.

Delays caused by your failure to submit the intake form, provide requested assets (logo, copy, login access, etc.), respond to communications, or pay add-on fees do not constitute a failure to deliver by OutletDomains, and the guarantee remedy will not apply.

10Downgrades & Plan Changes

You may downgrade or upgrade your plan at any time. Plan changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. We do not refund the difference between a higher-tier plan and a lower-tier plan you switch to mid-cycle. Upgrades may, at our option, be prorated to the new plan.

11Third-Party & Add-On Charges

Some optional services involve third-party costs that we may pass through to you, including domain registration, premium templates, paid plugins, paid stock media, transactional email services, and advertising budgets you authorize us to deploy on your behalf (such as in the Partnership Program). These pass-through charges are fully consumed at the moment of purchase or ad spend and cannot be refunded by OutletDomains under any circumstance, even where the underlying subscription is canceled.
