⬡ Turn a skill into a sellable STACK before anything else gets built

Productization Intake - Build the Stack

The step nobody has for a person at zero: they can DO something, but it is not a product yet. It is bespoke, trapped in their hands, sold by the hour. This turns whatever they can do (or want to do) into a named, standardized, digitally-deliverable offer - the STACK of what the customer actually gets. That stack then feeds the Framework Generator (which defines the how-to content) and the sales pages, webinar, and course. Be honest and literal. Hit ⚡ generate for me on anything you want Claude to draft from context. Download the PDF when done and upload it to the generator. Nothing is sent anywhere; this lives in your browser only.

1 · The Raw Material

What can this person actually DO, or badly want to do. List the real abilities - even a person "at zero" has raw material. The generator finds the sellable one.

2 · Who Would Pay (rough)

A first cut at the buyer and their pain. This gets sharpened later in Awareness (3B); here we just need enough to aim the offer.

3 · The Transformation

The before to after the offer delivers. The whole product is really this promise, packaged.

4 · Current State of the Offer

What exists today, and why it is not yet a product. This is the exact gap we are closing.
Blank is fine for a zero start.

5 · Delivery Style (drives the format)

How hands-on they can be, and whether they want to teach it, hand over tools, or do it for people. This decides whether the product becomes a course, a toolkit, a done-for-you package, a membership, a cohort, or a productized service.

6 · Assets & Proof to Build From

What already exists that the stack can be built out of. No ⚡ here - these are real facts.

7 · Monetization Target

The price ambition and revenue shape. This decides the value ladder the stack turns into - a cheap entry offer, a flagship, or the full low-to-high ladder.
